ASP Youth Mission Trip News 4/11/2024

╬ Thank you to everyone who helped the youth welcome visitors for the eclipse. We welcomed 3 other countries and 16 different states. The youth raised over $5000 for their mission trip.. They have some extra candy in the back of the Gathering Area for sale for $1 each. Please place your donation in the box provided. Again, thank you for your support.

2024 ASP Youth Mission Trip News

Youth and parents are invited to attend an ASP Youth Mission Trip Study Session on Sunday, April 14 at 12:00 p.m.

We are starting to plan for next year’s ASP trip. We are planning to participate with Bay United Methodist again this year.

The week that the trip will happen next year is 6/16 through 6/22.

There are a few changes that impact who can go on the ASP trip and the cost. First, ASP has decided that a 7th or 8th grader (meaning 6th grade going into 7th or 7th grade going into 8th) can go on the trip if a parent is going along. That will open some opportunities for some youth. Second, we are discussing a reduction in the cost if a youth commits early, I am not sure what that reduction might be for sure but will find out more details in the weeks ahead.
